By booking an appointment with MID-TN Headlight Restoration, you agree to the following service terms and policies.
Scope of Service
Our service is a cosmetic exterior headlight restoration.
We restore the outside surface of the lens only.
Our service does not include:
Internal headlight cleaning
Opening or disassembling headlights
Repairing electrical components, bulbs, wiring, or condensation issues
Fixing cracks, rock chips, pitting, or physical damage in the plastic
While most headlights see major improvement, results may vary depending on age, damage, and prior condition.
Paint & Surface Disclaimer
We carefully tape off surrounding paint and trim before performing the service. However:
By booking, the customer acknowledges:
Some vehicles may have weak, chipped, repainted, or previously damaged clear coat
Tape adhesion can occasionally lift failing or compromised paint or clear coat
MID-TN Headlight Restoration is not responsible for paint or clear coat damage that occurs due to pre-existing paint conditions.
Pre-Existing Damage
We are not responsible for pre-existing:
Cracks or fractures in the lens
Deep pitting or rock damage
Previous sanding or DIY restoration damage
Headlights that are severely degraded beyond safe restoration
If we determine a headlight is not a good candidate for restoration, we may decline service.
Photo Documentation
We take before and after photos of every vehicle for:
Quality control
Documentation of pre-existing conditions
Marketing and social media use
By booking, you grant permission for photos of your headlights/vehicle to be used for promotional purposes.
(No personal information or license plates will be intentionally highlighted.)
Expected Results Disclaimer
Headlight restoration significantly improves clarity and appearance, but:
Results are not the same as brand-new replacement headlights
Some permanent wear may remain depending on lens condition
Longevity depends on sun exposure, weather, washing habits, and storage
Weather & Rescheduling
For quality and safety, appointments may be rescheduled due to:
Rain
Severe humidity
Extreme temperatures
We will contact you as early as possible if rescheduling is needed.

Headlight Restoration Warranty
Our Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work.
Standard Package: 6-Month Warranty
Premium Package: 18-Month Warranty
This warranty covers premature oxidation, hazing, or failure of the applied UV ceramic protection.
If your headlights experience abnormal fading or oxidation within the applicable warranty period, we will re-service the headlights at no charge for the restoration work.
Warranty applies to the original customer and vehicle only and is non-transferable.
What Is Covered Under Warranty
This warranty covers:
Premature oxidation or yellowing
Loss of clarity caused by coating failure
Abnormal hazing after proper curing time
Workmanship-related issues from the original restoration
What Is NOT Covered
The warranty does not cover damage or wear caused by:
Accidents, collisions, or physical impact
Rock chips, pitting, scratches, or cracks in the lens
Headlights that were already severely deteriorated before service
Moisture or condensation inside the headlight housing
Automatic car washes using harsh or acidic chemicals
Improper care, neglect, or chemical damage
Intentional damage or vandalism
Normal wear over time and environmental exposure
Warranty Travel Fee
If a warranty re-service is needed, the restoration work will be completed free of charge.
Because our service is mobile, a $25 travel fee applies for warranty return visits to cover fuel and travel time.
We will always confirm scheduling before the visit.
